The business premises are located in the embassy district just a few minutes' walk from the city park and have just been renovated. The sales room has a large display and  a small adjoining room that is currently open, but can also be closed again with a glass door. In the back area is another room with a new kitchenette and access to the toilet. The rear room faces the courtyard and can also be accessed from the entrance area. In the courtyard of the house you will find a nicely designed charming outdoor area, which is available for general use (coffee break). The business premises can also be used as an office.
